We would like to invite you and your spouse (or any other +1 of your choosing!) to our Volunteer Celebration Dinner on Saturday 10 January 2026.
This is our opportunity as volunteers across the entire Scout Group to come together, enjoy some nice food, have a few drinks, and generally celebrate what we all do for our young members!
Our Volunteer Celebration Dinner will be hosted in the Church Hall (next door to the Scout Hut!). You (and your +1!) are invited to join us from 19:00 for a welcome drink (or two!) followed by a sit down meal.
To keep the cost down, we are hosting this year’s meal ourselves, using some of our own in-house culinary experienced volunteers from across the Group! The cost will be £20 per person and you can buy tickets on our website. To help us plan, please can you book by Sunday 21 December.
We will reach out later this year to capture meal choices and any dietary requirements.
We will look forward to celebrating with you all in January!
