Actions Parents/ Carers Must Take Before Returning

Before your child can return to face to face scouting meetings and events parents/ carers need to

  • Read the attached behaviour guidance and make sure you’re ok with it and that your child understands it too
  • Sign into the parent portal and enter Yes against the two COVID-19 questions if you’re happy for your child to return to meetings (If you do not do this your child will not be able to attend face-to-face meetings)
  • .Ensure that your contact details in the parent portal are correct, we need the names, phone number and email address of two contacts.¬† This is so we can let you know of last minute changes and keep you as up-to date as possible
  • Ensure that all relevant medical, allergy and special educational/ other needs are accurate, this is very important at the moment
  • Ensure the name of your child’s school is correct as this will help us when¬†creating smaller sub-groups
  • Make sure to click on the “I confirm these details are correct button” at the top of the screen once you’ve updated everything
