Actions Parents/ Carers Must Take Before Returning

Before your child can return to face to face scouting meetings and events parents/ carers need to

  • Read the attached behaviour guidance and make sure you’re ok with it and that your child understands it too
  • Ensure that your contact details in the parent portal are correct, we need the names, phone number and email address of two contacts.  This is so we can let you know of last minute changes and keep you as up-to date as possible
  • Ensure that all relevant medical, allergy and special educational/ other needs are accurate, this is particularly at the moment
  • Ensure the name of your child’s school is correct as this will help us when creating smaller sub-groups
  • Make sure to click on the “I confirm these details are correct button” at the top of the screen once you’ve updated everything
