Before your child can return to face to face scouting meetings and events parents/ carers need to
- Read the attached behaviour guidance and make sure you’re ok with it and that your child understands it too
- Sign into the parent portal and enter Yes against the two COVID-19 questions if you’re happy for your child to return to meetings (If you do not do this your child will not be able to attend face-to-face meetings)
- .Ensure that your contact details in the parent portal are correct, we need the names, phone number and email address of two contacts. This is so we can let you know of last minute changes and keep you as up-to date as possible
- Ensure that all relevant medical, allergy and special educational/ other needs are accurate, this is very important at the moment
- Ensure the name of your child’s school is correct as this will help us when creating smaller sub-groups
- Make sure to click on the “I confirm these details are correct button” at the top of the screen once you’ve updated everything
