Much of the work that happens in a Scout Group goes on behind the scenes. The Board of Trustees/ Executive Committee is big part of this, but hardly anyone sees them or knows what they do.

The Executive Committee makes decisions and carries out administrative tasks to ensure that the best quality Scouting can be delivered to young people in the Group in a way that is complaint with Scout Association Rules and the law of the land.
At Dringhouses Scouts we are a large Group and the Executive Committee is made up of 17 people.
