Annual General Meeting (AGM)

This is the landing page for the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Dringhouses (Parish Church) Scout Group.

The event will include brief formalities, the presentation of awards and some food afterwards. It’s a good chance to meet the group leadership and other volunteers and parents.
The session will be streamed for those that cannot attend in person

During the meeting we will be asking our parents, leaders, volunteers and friends to approve certain resolutions including our revised constitution and the selection of Trustees to the Board and the approval of the annual review.

To give everyone possible the chance to vote we have prepared the documents requiring consideration for you to look over and a survey to register your votes.
