We use a system called Online Scout Manager to securely store the contact details of our youth members (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts). We also use the system to record attendance, track badges and plan the weekly programme and events. All parents and guardians of our youth members are invited to login to the system, via the parent portal, to ensure our records are accurate and complete and to see the programme and events that are planned.
