If you find yourself in need of help or support or feel unsafe, have concerns about your self or another we have some suggestions, which might help. You can try talking to someone you trust, you could let family or a friend know what’s going on, they may be able to offer support and help keep you safe. Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through. You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to support you. Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night.
